I made a 25,000 thb deposit for an appointment that was months in advance. After a couple of days I told them via instagram that I won’t be able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances. They saw my message and didn’t reply. So I called to speak to the manager. The manager told me I was not able to get a refund, the terms and conditions were never sent to me or advised prior they are only sent to customers after payment is made. To make things worse when I told the manager I would be leaving a review he went on to threaten me by saying “ do it and see what happens “ then hung up. I even offered they keep half of the deposit for the inconvenience which was more then fair considering we only spoke for a few days and our appointment was months away.Very disappointing but more so glad that I didn’t go ahead with this if this is how they treat their customers. Wow!

Place is clean and everything, went for a small tattoo nothing special. The day before they told me a price, the day of tattoo they told me a different price. I think man was stoned or something didn’t even remember me from the day before he said.

Amazing experience at pitbull, everyone there is very friendly and easy going. The staff made it as comfortable as possible. The tattoos are absolutely stunning, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely be back for my leg. Wouldn’t do anything other than a warrior session. Again, amazing experience and super happy with the results.

Absolutely one of the worst customer experience I’ve had, they only care about getting paid and charge western prices which they ONLY pay 7% tax on. They charge 20 % for deposit which is a lot compared to other studios around them that have confidence in their artists. Tony said they are the best in town for cover up specialties, I did some research and also wanted the warrior session experience. I’ve had to come three times for touch up, after that they stopped answering me on WhatsApp and social media. Needless to say this warrior session is just a tourist trap they never gave me my trophy for two full arms sleeve and full chest. I was going for a full back as well, after not receiving any photos of design I decided to do a small tattoo for my 20,000 baht deposit (in which they are still withholding) and in return I received a photo put together in photoshop not an actual drawing from one of their artists. There is a reason for all the other negative reviews. I highly suggest you look at the photos below before making a decision investing on your skin with them.

Amazing experience from Pitbull Tattoo especially because it was my first tattoo ever. I had a very friendly and gracious welcome by the reception/assistant Rachael and she walked me through everything step by step. The manager was fantastic and the artists themselves are very talented. Highly recommend to anyone looking for ink.
